These policies apply to all RetroXchange ticket activity. By opening or continuing a trade, you confirm acceptance of this framework and understand that serious violations may trigger immediate enforcement.
Important Notice
Official trade communication must stay inside approved ticket channels, and Exchange Manager Bot instructions must always be followed. Attempts to bypass process or abuse payment systems can lead to immediate loss of service.

Core compliance, fees, risk, and governance standards
Prohibited Conduct & Compliance
- Using the platform for criminal activity, fraud, scams, or deception is strictly prohibited.
- We may hold assets indefinitely when suspicious behavior or fraud indicators are detected.
- Funds linked to illegal sources, sanctions breaches, or criminal conduct can be confiscated.
- We monitor for chargeback attempts, identity mismatches, irregular flows, and security partner reports.
- All swaps must comply with financial regulations and OFAC rules; sanctioned or blacklisted exposure may result in immediate loss of funds.
Service Costs & Payments
- Our pricing structure is fixed, transparent, and non-negotiable by default.
- Fee schedules can be adjusted at any time without prior notice.
- Ticket creation shows service cost details; external network/processor fees remain user responsibility.
- Amount changes are valid only after exchanger confirmation and ticket update.
- Chargebacks or payment reversals trigger permanent bans and forfeiture of related assets.
Liability & Limitations
- By using this service, you accept market volatility and technical swap risks.
- We are not liable for wallet freezes, account restrictions, or platform bans affecting either side.
- You accept the risk of sending assets to newly generated processing wallets.
- Our operational liability ends once outbound transfer is confirmed on-chain.
- All sales are final; refunds are discretionary and may take up to nine months if approved.
- Service uptime and response speed are not guaranteed; support requires a valid open ticket trail.
Operational Governance
- Ownership and high-level administration have final binding authority on all platform matters.
- Leadership may override standard rules to protect security, integrity, or user safety.
- Staff may deviate from standard procedure only when instructed by Ownership.
Client Guidelines
Required behavior for every ticket participant
You must read and accept the assigned exchanger terms in-ticket before moving funds.
Do not keep exchangers waiting more than 30 minutes; extended inactivity may close your ticket.
Never send funds after a ticket is closed or an exchanger is removed; such payments are fully at your own risk.
Open third-party/broker tickets only when the paying side is immediately ready.
Do not disclose sensitive payment details in third-party trades until exchanger readiness is confirmed.
Breaking server or exchange policies can void refund eligibility and dispute support.
Confirm deal completion within one hour, or the swap may be auto-marked confirmed.
If server disruption occurs, you must rejoin within 24 hours to retain active-ticket support.
Use only internal verified middlemen; never trust outside “official” middlemen or unverified staff.
Exchangers may cancel/refund trades when safety or technical blockers prevent secure settlement.
Exchange Manager Bot instructions are sovereign and must never be ignored or overridden.
