This is RetroXchange's exchanger ToS. It is strict by design: 25 enforceable rules focused on account security, fair dealing, anti-scam control, and platform trust.

Security & Fraud Control Critical

Scam risk, wallet custody, and anti-automation protections are enforced with zero tolerance.

Scam Involvement Triggers Funds Hold

Hold, then permanent lock if confirmed

If scam activity or attempts are detected, wallet funds may be held during investigation and permanently locked if violations are confirmed.

Wallet Credential Loss Is Final

Permanent loss risk

If you lose wallet password, recovery key, or restore key, funds may be permanently unrecoverable. RetroXchange cannot restore them.

Account Responsibility Is Absolute

Liability stays with account owner

You are fully responsible for all actions performed through your account, including security failures and misuse.

Autoclaimers Are Prohibited

Penalty up to removal + 50% void

Any auto-claim tool, macro, or automation used to claim tickets is forbidden and may trigger severe penalties.

Bot Flow Cannot Be Bypassed

Removal + permanent funds lock

All ticket exchanges must follow official bot instructions. Bypassing or attempting to bypass the flow is a major violation.

Conduct, DMs & Promotions Critical

Exchangers must stay neutral, professional, and ticket-only for service communication.

No DM Advertisement or Service Solicitation

Immediate removal + permanent lock risk

DM advertising is strictly prohibited. Do not answer client DMs with service offers, links, or promotions of any kind.

Do Not Continue Deals in DMs

Up to 100% confiscation

If users DM you for deals, direct them to open a server ticket. Any further deal discussion in DM is a violation.

No Exchange or Middleman Promotion Anywhere

Removal + 50-100% confiscation

Never promote exchanges, middlemen, services, or referral links inside or outside server channels, even if asked.

Profile-Based Promotion Is Also Forbidden

Immediate enforcement action

Promotion in username, bio, custom status, or any personal profile field is treated as direct advertising and punished accordingly.

Confidentiality Critical

Internal server policy, staff material, and case evidence must remain private.

No Internal Policy or Fee Leaks

Up to removal + 30% void

Leaking internal policies, fee structures, or restricted operating details is prohibited and may carry severe penalties.

Confidential Material Must Stay Internal

Removal without funds possible

Do not disclose internal messages, screenshots, reports, transcripts, or staff discussions. Penalties depend on severity.

Owner-Only Approval for External Middleman

Unauthorized approval is invalid

External middlemen are allowed only at owner discretion when requested by client. Funds stay locked until completion and client confirmation.

Daily operating rules that keep exchanges traceable, fair, and auditable.

Use English Only in Tickets

Removal risk on repeated breach

All ticket communication must be in English so moderation and dispute review remain clear and enforceable.

Gift Card Deals Must Be Recorded End-to-End

Dispute loss risk without recording

Start recording before claiming a gift-card ticket and stop only after deal completion. Missing evidence during disputes may forfeit funds.

Client ToS Must Be Fair

Admin override + removal risk

Your deal ToS must be fair to both parties. Admin+ may overrule unfair terms and enforce disciplinary action.

Treat Clients and Staff Respectfully

Penalty up to 50-100% possible

Disrespectful behavior can cause removal and heavy penalties. If others are abusive, report to admins instead of retaliating.

Fees Are Fixed Unless Authorized

Unauthorized pricing is violation

You may not alter fees or offer side rates unless explicitly approved by an admin or higher authority.

Recovery Reviews May Require Extra Proof

Recovery may be denied

Recovery can take up to one week in some cases, and additional verification may be required. Refusal can result in denial.

Authority & Terms Governance Important

Administrative and owner decisions are binding in policy, dispute, and safety matters.

Owner Decision Is Final

Binding final decision

In disputes or edge cases, the owner has supreme final authority over outcome and enforcement.

Owners May Override Rules

Immediate policy precedence

Owners may override rules at any time where risk, fairness, or platform safety requires it.

Terms Can Change Without Notice

24h implied acceptance window

Continued use for more than 24 hours after updates is considered acceptance. If you disagree, you may retire from the role.

Key Loss After Updates Remains Your Risk

Permanent unrecoverable loss

Terms may update without notice, and wallet key custody remains your responsibility. Lost valid keys can permanently lock access to funds.

Activity, Removal & Recovery Important

Role activity and wallet recovery compliance requirements after removal.

Inactivity Can Trigger Removal

Removed after 7 days inactivity

No exchange activity for 7 consecutive days may result in removal without warning. Owners may remove users at discretion.

24

35-Day Post-Removal Claim Window

Unclaimed funds may be forfeited

If removed for inactivity, you have 35 days to claim eligible funds, otherwise they may be retained by the server.

Latest Restore Key Is Mandatory for Fund Claim

No valid key = no recovery

To reclaim funds, provide the current valid recovery/restore key. Keys rotate after security actions; save the new key immediately because old keys become invalid.

Enforcement Notice

Violations may result in role removal, locked balances, confiscation penalties, or permanent ban depending on severity.

Fairness Commitment

If you follow policy in good faith, keep clear ticket records, and stay transparent, your role standing remains protected.
