Basic Rules

Core behavior standards

No DMing Clients

Keep exchange communication inside ticket channels for full traceability.

No Promotion

Direct or indirect promotion of outside services is not allowed.

No Advertising

Do not place exchange ads in profile, bio, status, or in-ticket messages.

Valid ToS Required

Your ToS must be clear and workable. Admin decisions can override unsafe terms.

Follow Bot Flow

Always follow bot instructions during every stage of a deal.

Security Deposit System

How collateral works in claim eligibility

Advanced Exchange System

Exchangers use a Litecoin wallet as security collateral. You can deposit and withdraw as needed, but you must hold enough value to cover tickets you want to claim.

Example Scenario

For a PayPal to crypto ticket worth €100, your bot wallet must hold at least €100 worth of Litecoin collateral.

Take Ping Roles

Pick only the exchange-role pings you can actively handle.

Set Terms Before Claims

Configure your terms with /setup tos before claiming deals.

Fund Collateral Wallet

Deposit enough LTC collateral for the ticket amounts you plan to claim.

Claim Ticket

After claim, client reviews your terms and can accept or decline.

Share Payment Details

If terms are accepted, provide the required receiving payment details.

Wait for Client Confirmation

Client confirms payment by pressing the ticket confirmation action.

Send Client Payout

Send payout using the correct route for that deal type and asset.

Complete and Close

Finish payout action so ticket can close and service review can proceed.

If client declines your ToS

What happens next

  • Ticket is reopened by system flow.
  • You are removed from the ticket for that round.
  • Another eligible exchanger can claim it.

Payout route options

  • External wallet payout for supported crypto routes.
  • Internal wallet payout where flow supports LTC balance settlement.
  • Choose only the payout action that matches deal type.
